- Photograph and Signatures
One passport-size photo and three specimen signatures of the person in whose favour the property conversion is applied.
- Stamp Duty and Registration
Fee Stamp duty is payable at the rate of 6% of the value of the property by men and 4% by women. A registration fee of 1% of the aggregate value of the conveyance deed is also payable.
